Bootp with MCSG

Hi, I have 2 A-class server that form a cluster. One of the server (primary) acts as a bootp servef for our Xyplex terminals.

How do I configure the cluster such that the bootp is part of the package and when the package transfer to a secondary, the bootp is still able to assign IP to the Xyplex terminal??

Do you really need to make it that complicated.

just run bootpd on both servers and keep bootptab identical.(use rcp or something else)

having bootp running on two servers at the same time with the same bootptab is absolutely no problem (have it running for years)
