Bottom Margins when printing from HP-UX
I have a new networked HP5500, and am trying to print data to a landscape form previously printed on a direct connect laserjet II printer. The model script I am using for the HP5500 is net_ljx000.
The data lines up PERFECTLY on the form with the exception of the last line. The last line rolls over to the next page - even though there is another 1/2+ inch of margin to print on. There also maybe issues with multiple pages, but I can't get beyond the one line issue to find out. (Note: diagnostic test does print in that last 1/2+ inch, and so does Windows.)
Here's what I am sending to the model script (data is coming from a uniVerse database program):
cat - |lp -dcch2_23 -opcl -olandscape -onb
-olpi11 -ofs -oc -ovsi5.76 -ohsi9 -olm2 -otm1
I tried piping cat to pr, and then piping pr to lp(|pr -l66|), but then I get a header which throws everything off even further!
Am I using the pr command incorrectly? Is there another model script I should be using?
Any help is greatly appreciated - especially since I have several forms I have to switch over to the new printer!
