Broker "FTEMDS-00": Cannot connect to Broker Server could not connect.

Getting error after migartion of a HPUX IVM from a blade server to another blade server

Below error stop the server from booting.

Broker "FTEMDS-00": Cannot connect to Broker Server "obux066-tst.prod.ren.globalone.net": could not connect.
