btlan3 - Problem ??
The interface flips between availible/unavailbe and there are msg in the syslog that says: vmunix:btlan3:Tx timeout: DMA timeout occurred at 0/4/0/0/0/6/0.
I have installed the latest patches, but I still don?t know what the problem is. I have link on both the server and the switch. Also tried to change port setup (10/100/HD/FD).
Could it be the HW ?
Thanks!

Re: btlan3 - Problem ??
I suggest you check the following:
hub/switch port (try another known working port
cable (try another known working cable)
card port (try the other port)
Ensure the patches for btlan3 are installed and configured by checking with swlist. to ensure all sw is configured do:
swlist -l fileset -a state | grep -e install -e transient -e corrupt
You should not get any thing listed. If you do, this may be a part of the symptom.
Failing that, change the card.
