Building depot on PA-RISC - but running on Itanium?

We are setting up new Itanium servers, and i want to make a software depot for later installation.

My current system is HP-UX 11i (11.11)
I wanna build a software depos for our new Itanium servers(11.23) - but i'm planning to build it on PA-RISC(11.11).

Will this give me any problems?

Shalom Johnny,

I build patch depots for 11.23 system on an 11.00 system in Jerusalem. Its not a problem for patches or software. All you need to be sure of is the depots are actually for the target OS.
