Bx.25 question

Hello,
Is there anyone here experienced BX.25 products installed under HP-UX11.0?
I have an ODD problem here:
I can not establish session level connections between two hosts, and the acc log file(/var/opt/acc/log/dmn_log) at the machine who are being called have something like this:
>SVCACC ioctl failed scid:2 errno:14 ret:-1
>SVCREF sent to driver scid:2
>SVC request rejected scid:2
