c++ FAILURE

I HAVE BEEN ON LINE TWICE AND HAVE GOTTEN THIS MESSAGE. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS. DOES IT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH MS? I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT.

Your message is a little cryptical. Where exactly do you get the "C++ Failure" ? In what application ? On what kind of machine ? It may be that you're in the right forum or not at all ... but a little more information might be helpfull.

I have a 8590C. I was on line when I received this message. It told me to save my info and it was going to shut down. And then I had a blank screen with just the wall paper. I had to hard boot It locked up.
Hope this helps so I can get some information about this problem.
