C1205A printer problem
I've 3 machine, hostA,B,C and OS are all 10.20
C1205A is the local printer of hostsA, and hostB and hostC config C1205A as remote printer. So, now it can be printer chinese font from hostB,C to C1205A.
Now, I got a problem. I try to configure C1205A as hostB's local printer. So, hostA and hostC configure as remote printer. Now, hostA can printer chinese font to C1205A properly. But hostC got the problem. After hostC print a chinese document to C1205A, it got the wrong font and wouldn't show the correctly chinese font. But hostc printer english docs are no problem.
Does anyone has the experience how to fix such as problem? Thanks.

Re: C1205A printer problem
Hello,
Can hostB as local prints chinese docs?
Can hostC prints chinese docs if it configures printer as remote on hostA (and hostA has printer as remote on hostB)?
Did you delete printers before changed thme on all systems?
How do you configure printer on hostB (SAM, jetadmin)? Do you configure it as it was on hostA?
I hope these questions help you to find issue.
Regards,
Carles

Re: C1205A printer problem
1. HostB as local printer and print chinese font properly.
2. Can hostC prints chinese docs if it configures printer as remote on hostA (
and hostA has printer as remote on hostB)? "YES, it can"
3.I use "SAM" to configure remote/local printer same as hostsA.
This is very strange problem. Does anyone know how to troubleshooting ?
Thanks in avdanced.
