C2 & C3

can anyone give me an idea where I can get information about the difference between C2 & C3? for accessing LDAP

The different classes of security use to be:

D1 > C1 > C2 > B1 > B2 > B3 > A1

But its been awhile since I checked.

D1 - Minimal
C1 - Discretionary
C2 - Conrolled Access
B1 - Labeled Security
B2 - Structed Protection
B3 - Security domains
A1 - Verified Design

No one use to go above C1 or C2, too hard to implement, so for a long time no one could get above. But, I'm a little out of touch and no longer know for sure.
