C360 and Ultra SCSI Differential

Hi All,
does anyone out there know if a C360 will support an Ultra SSCI Diff PCI card or is there such a thing. It would be used to run an IBM Ultra SCSI 3590 tape drive.
Many Thanks,

JP.

Re: C360 and Ultra SCSI Differential

It might be the A4999A card.

Re: C360 and Ultra SCSI Differential

You said Ultra and Diff. This normally means High Voltage Differential, which is a different beastie than LVD, or Low Voltage Differential, which is the A4999A board.

The A4800A is a PCI Ultra HVD board with drivers for HP-UX servers, but I'm not sure if this board is supported/works on the C series.

I seem to recall another A49xxA board that is HVD and supported on the C series, but I can not seem to find it now on HP's site.

Re: C360 and Ultra SCSI Differential

The document at the link below lists the cards that
are compatible with the C series.

Do a search on "a4999a" to find it. The document ID is
"22983dhtm", but I'm not sure you can search on that. The title is
"Configuration for [HP HP Workstations HP 9000 B/C/J Classes
C-Class]".
