Can I install Oracle 8.1.7 on HP-UX itanium 11i v2.

Can I install Oracle 8.1.7 on HP-UX itanium 11i v2.
If not
Can I install Oracle 8.1.7 on HP-UX PA-RICS 11i v2.

As I know I can install Oracle 8.1.7 on HP-UX PA-RICS 11.11. Is it right?

Yes but ONLY IF you have the CD Oracle 8.1.7 ... Edition for HP-UX 11.11.

Judging by the list of documents Oracle has on their web site they have different versions for PA-RISC and ia64:

http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/oracle8i.html

Looks like you would need the correct media for the correct installation, but to answer your question there does appear to be a PA-RISC version.
