can not load jvm from libjvm.sl

Hi,
I'm working HP-UX 11.11.
This night we made an upgrade from IUM4.0 to IUM4.5
After upgrade when I run the command siucontrol I have in output this:

Error: Function JNI_CreateJavaVM not found in /opt/java1.4/jre/lib/PA_RISC2.0/server/libjvm.sl

Error: can not load jvm from /opt/java1.4/jre/lib/PA_RISC2.0/server/libjvm.sl

I tried with:
LD_PRELOAD=/opt/java1.4/jre/lib/PA_RISC2.0/server/libjvm.sl but I still have the same problem.
Could someone help me?
