Can't boot sytem & rebuilt BDRA and label

We used an Hp 9000/R380 with HP-UX 11.00
After dowing lvrmboot -r vg00 in order to recover (only bootlif) with CD (core&revovery) but our system didn't want to boot with (hp-ux -lm) in maintenance mode!
So,PLS can you explain us exacty the diferrence between BDRA&LABEL (their roles) and where the steps we have forgot ...
