Can't open dev/tty more media

Background jobs are returning the message "Can't open dev/tty more media". Please advise what to do?

Hi,

The message seems to be realted to some backup going on the server through some background job usually cronjobs. When the amount of data being backed up is more than the capacity if the media this type of message is appeared to inseft second/next media to the drive.
