can't sioc inquiry /dev/dsk/c?t?d?

error received when running 'diskinfo -v /dev/rdsk/c?t?d?'.

Actually.....found the problem. PowerPath (EMC software) had an issue with luns that were masked, removed, and masked again. Had to perform the following:

'powermt check'
- to get rid of invalid devices
'powermt config'
'powermt display'
