This will clear any flags that have been tripped that won't let the package run properly.
That probably isn't going to help, but if it does, think about what you did. cmahaltnode ??
Check the logs in /etc/cmcluster/package_name
and /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log
There is an error message in there.
Make sure the cluster configuration files are on each node.
