Re: can't start pkg

Forgive me if I blow the commands here, but here is what I'd try.

cmhaltcl
cmruncl

This will clear any flags that have been tripped that won't let the package run properly.

That probably isn't going to help, but if it does, think about what you did. cmahaltnode ??

Check the logs in /etc/cmcluster/package_name
and /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

There is an error message in there.

Make sure the cluster configuration files are on each node.

Re: can't start pkg

Looks like the problem is that you have a service defined "/etc/cmcluster/SMTP_pkg/SMTP_pkg.mon" that is exiting or erroring. This is causing your package to fail.

Hi SEP,
I tried and I put the syslog output in tail.
Can you take a look.
Thanks

Re: can't start pkg

cmmodpkg -ev -n "node_name_from_where_you_are_running_startpkg/cmruncl"
