CanB4t remove screenlock forever on HP/UX 10.20

I have set the screenlock to OFF, but every time I log out, and log in again the settings is back to Screenlock ON.
Can anyone tell how I can set it up permantly.

Hi,

goto style manager, select screen, select Full Screen Cover Off.
goto startup and set Home Session.
