Cannot find oracleserviceORCL in window service

I cannot connect to the database. I checked for oracleserviceORCL in windows service,its not there.

during oracle 12C  installation,installation stucked at 70% for hours and some configuration failed and I kepts the installation and it was successful but some DBCA failed.I did several times,install and uninstall. my system is window 10,64 bits .

Hello  kahare

It doesn't seems to be related to HPUX OS. Are you trying to install on HPUX 11.31 OS ? 

I belive it can be answred by an DBA Admin or Oracle Support.
