cannot print to an HP Color LaserJet 3550

I user Hppi on an HPUX 11.00 server. I cannot
get this printer to print. The spooler indicates that the job was printed but I get an error message on the LED stating "The choosen personality is not available".

I have tried several drivers --
net_lj4x, generic drivers, and hpcolor driver.
Has anyone gotten this to work.

hpnpadmin -v "printer_ip"
Does it show OK??

lp -dprinter_name -odebug /tmp/debug.log

Does debug.log show any errors??

The printer itself can have a 'personality'. What I have seen most of is Epson and HP.

Go through the front panel (the menu) and find the area that sets the printer's personality.
