cannot see the L2000 system object in CSTM
Machine OS: HP-UX B .11.00
CSTM Version: A.24.20
After tne CSTM was run on my this HP9K L2000 machine, there seemed to be a little abnormal! Because there was no system item in the device map list which should correspond to Dev num 1! But in fact the whole machine system has no any problem and can regular work.

Re: cannot see the L2000 system object in CSTM
If the system is working and the results from an identical system are not the same, the system is not so identical.
I'd say re-install the latest online diagnostics from http://software.hp.com
Perhaps there are corrupt patches or software in the sd-ux database.
swverify \*
If there is corrupt software it must be removed and re-installed.
Best of luck to you,

Re: cannot see the L2000 system object in CSTM
You should install A.44.00, which is the last version for 11.00 and was released in March 2004. You can get A.44.00 from here: http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE You should then install PHSS_33917.
This is not guaranteed to fix your problem, but you'll only get support from HP for this problem if you have this version in place. You should also update your other system(s) that are running old versions of the OnlineDiags.
If you do see the problem after the upgrade, it would be helpful to see the output of the 'ml' (maplog) command in cstm.
