there are 2 things you can do, first, like says mark, run "ioscan -fnC disk" , the other one "armdiscover"

"The amdsp command failed."
The rest of the messages are all related to that failure. You may have a lot of other errors in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log too. Time to call HP service.

In addition to all the other suggestions, particularly, Bill Hassel's, lose sam. The command line is your friend. You could have found the answer significantly quicker using these commands:
vgdisplay
pvdisplay
ioscan
and by examining the system log in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log.
