to find the cause of this problem the compiler team will need some more information.

so can you please post the following also:
-the output of "what /opt/ansic/lbin/ccom"
-the output (dbSrvr.i) obtained from running
make, after setting CCOPTS=-P

I installed : PHSS_26792 1.0 ANSI C compiler B.11.11.04 cumulative patch.

The user says after installing the PATCH there are others warning errors message.
