CDE can't open on hpux system keeps saying it will restart after you log out

i am using a visualize c360 and the ps2 mouse that came with the machine is old and worn out. can i hook up a newer usb mouse using the usb->ps2 adaptor that came with the mouse. will hpux recognize this and have a driver for it upon startup? thanks

Mark,

better open a new thread in stead of replying to a thread.
As fas as I know the PS2 connection is electrically equivalent to the USB. So just try it, there should be no problem.
