CDE desktop too big

CDE desktop too big

i have an hpux 11.00 on a workstaion.
the workstaion is connected to an 18" LCD.
the problem is that the desktop size is too big
,i tried changing the font size but still the desktop is too big.
i only have this problem on one of the 10 workstaions i have.

could anyone suggest something, and i will be more than gratefull

Hello,

you could try to press "tab" when you boot
that workstation, to cycle through all the
available resolutions - each is shown for
about 5 seconds, and if you do nothing the
next is shown, but if you press "return" it
keeps that resolution and then continues to
boot.
