CDE Help System vs HTML

I have developed a system to convert our Word documents into an Help Volume for 10.20.
Now I'm looking to use as help source HTML files. Because in 11 the source for the help system is SGML based, is there someone knowing if it is possible to use directly HTML file as help source for both 10.20 and 11?

I know this : there is no SGML to HTML converter available from HP last time I looked.

http://www.computronics.be/courses/htmlcourse/otherinfo/convert.html may help or have something ?
