CDE Problem with HP-UX 11.11

HI,
I'm trying to connect via CDE on an HP-UX 11.11 server and I can't log in . The .dt/errorlog says:
" The ToolTalk session server ( ttsession) could not be started. This indicates that either ToolTalk is not installed or that it is not installed correctly on this machine ..."
I ran /usr/contrib/bin/X11/dr_dt and there are warnings on the /var/adm/inetd.sec file that does not exist. Is it an optional file? If not what should it contain exactly?
