CFS filesystem supportability on HPUX

Hi ,

Would like to know whether there is a support for Cluster file system in HPUX.
We would like to implement Oracle RAC on filesystem level in Service Guard environment..

You can go ahead with VxFS since it is fully supported on HP-UX. You can find more information here, http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/277359.htm

The product T27777A is available , called Serviceguard Storage Foundation Suite, and includes SGeRAC for Oracfle and the Veritas CFS product.

Hi Joseph ,

MOST of the Oracle RAC Implementations are using raw devices .Which the OS LVM can handle , with out requiring any special type of FileSystems.
