changing in kernel parameter value

hi !
one of my server ther is 24 GB physical memory present.
and the value of below kernel parameter is,
dbc_max_pct 50 - 50
dbc_min_pct 5 - 5

so buffer cache is coming 11.1 GB.

we want buffer cache 4 GB now.
so what value i should put for above kernel parametr so buffer cache will come 4 GB.
