Changing screen resolution

It's been a while since I installed wide screen graphics monitors on my HPUX systems. At the time I knew how to set the screen resolution to accomodate the wider screen and give a good image. Now the wide monitor died and was replaced with a standard size monitor.

The HPUX systems are configured with CDE. Can anybody refresh my memory as to the command to change the screen resolution?

Thanks!

Assuming you can see the desktop.

Re: Changing screen resolution

Sorry, your response was for a Windows computer. I need to change the HP display.

I know how to do it via SAM but thought there was a command I could use from the shell.
