Changing the From for user in sendmail

Gurus,,

Can we do any setting in the sendmail.cf to change the sender name.
For example :- currently i'm getting mail with sender name as root@shivaji.comand i want to change this to shivaji@shivaji.com

Sending email from root but when I receive the email, I want it to be shivaji.

I could do this with -f flag, but it a automatically generated emails.. hence like to have suggetions on the same
