chinese-support VT220 emulation programm unter window for HP-UX 10.20 chinese version.

1. How can we input chinese under VT220 Emulation programm through Telnet to HP
Server?
We have HP 9000/867 Server. HP-UX 10.20 chinese version. we want to use
intel-PC unter win98 or NT as client.
Have you heard such chinese support VT220 Emulation programm ?
We need VT220 Emulation because our Oracle Form3 runs under VT220
terminal.
