chroot jail for bind 9.1.2

I am working on setting up a chroot jail for my dns environment. Does anyone have a basic "chroot jail" model that I can use? I have found docs for linux, solaris, and BSD, but not for HP-UX. I know there are many differences related to syslogd, and the specific system libraries that must be included in the chroot jail.

Any help will be appreciated.
