CIFS A.03.01 gives errors in syslog, invalid argument

I have a customer who gets errors in his syslog since he upgraded CIFS to version A.03.01.
These errors are always the 4 following lines:
smbd[2928]: [2011/06/10 09:07:55, 0] lib/util_sock.c:536(read_fd_with_timeout)
smbd[2928]: [2011/06/10 09:07:55, 0] lib/util_sock.c:1490(get_peer_addr_internal)
smbd[2928]: getpeername failed. Error was Invalid argument
smbd[2928]: read_fd_with_timeout: client 0.0.0.0 read error = Invalid argument.

They appear many times a day.
Customer sees no operational impact but wants to get rid of them.

Does this ring a bell to someone?
