Cifsclient: Permissions & ACLs

Hi everyone,
I need to backup, with DP5.10, an NT share mounting it on a hpux 11.00 cifs client a.1.10.
There's a way to preserve the permission and the ACLs?

I' have to backup a WIN share mounted on a hpux11.00 cifsclient where is placed DataProtector 5.10.
I want to know if the cifsclient mantain the permissions & ACL' of all the files backed up.
