Clarification on creating virtual images on hpux

Hi folks,

Please let me know how many virtual CPU can create on one single cpu.

Using the MINIMUM of 5% enttitlement, you can have 20 vCPU per pCPU.
Using the default of 10% entitelemtn, 10vCPU
