Clear Case

Hi All,

1.In clear case, we have two main folder.In this folder only can be modified by only x and y users.so which command can i use for this one.
2. how to create or check whether this folder is modified by only purticular user or all users.
pls help me, which command can i use to set this above case in hp unix clear case.
