cluster ASCII file
I found that /etc/cmcluster have more than one *.ASCII so how can I find which is the current config. file,,,,please help on this.

Compare cmviewcl -v output to the cluster file.
You might also check the .sh_history file to find the command cmquerycl

You can also get information like which cluste.ascii file is user through hpsmh>servicegurd manager
start hpsmh
#hpsmh autostart

There's no such thing as "current config file". With the cmapplyconf command were compiled the settings from the *ascii file into a binary. After that, you could even delete that ascii config file, the cluster will work. To get the config which runs on your cluster, use the abovementioned cmgetconf command.
