cluster issue

Hi Experts,

I have 2-node cluster running 2 packages called nda-hrpci & nda-hrpdb.

currently nda-hrpci is running on node1 & nda-hrpdb is running on node-2.When i down the package(nda-hrpci) in node-1 & trying to start the package in node-2,i am getting the following eror:

please check your customer define script..it means it failed to start because of permission on scripts.
/sapmnt/HRP/profile/START_SCS01_nda-hrpci

your can ask SAP for error analsye foe your if your are system admin not able to troubleshoot the SAP define script ...

Hi

"SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandlin"

I think you sapsystemname must be available in profile ,but its not executing as the permission is not there.

Hi,

It seems to be a perm issue related to SAP application. Was there any change recently done?

Best to keep the SAP guy in the loop

Check the permission of start and end script of SAP
