Re: cluster problem

Shalom,

To help, we need data on the error.

It should be in the cluster log in /etc/cluster and /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

Re: cluster problem

I am not sure why it would make you always run cmapplyconf.. it should be ideally this way.. but if it is happening this way, something should be wrong with config..
There is nothing which can be dynamic config such.. :)
Post errors in details ..

Re: cluster problem

Mr.Arun (santhanaKrishna),

to run "cmruncl", AUTOSTART_CMCLD variable need not to be enabled. This is required, only when u want to start the cluster automatically while booting..

Baudin...
Is the binary file in correct place "/etc/cmcluster"..??, Once rebooted the server, Check the cluster configuration using "cmviewconf" command & post us the error message.

# cmviewconf -o

For Ex:
If the binary file is not present/not able to locate, you'll get the following error messages,

# cmviewconf
cmviewconf: Either binary file does not exist, or the user doesn't have access to view the cluster configuration.

Thanks,
