cmclconfd messages polluting syslog file.
rp2470 in HPUX 11.00. MC/SG release A.11.14
For some reasons, I've declustered this server in order to use it in standalone.
I've deleted all the MC/SG configuration files (in /etc/cmcluster) and deactivated the cluster daemon autostart at boot time (in etc/rc.config.d/cmcluster). And I rebooted the servers.
When I check for cluster daemons, there is nothing (normal situation).
But the syslog is sending me lots of messages coming from cmclconfd :
"Unable to stat /etc/cmcluster/cmclconfig : no such file or directory"
Why this message is polluting my syslog as I should not have no more cluster daemon running ??
Of course, I can restore the cluster config in /etc/cmcluster... But I'd like to know what's going on.

Re: cmclconfd messages polluting syslog file.
When you say you have "declustered" this node, have you deleted it from the actual cluster binary?
This looks like the origional cluster is still trying to talk to this node.
what does a cmviewcl -v show on a node in hte origional cluster?
did you reapply the binary for the cluster after first removing all info about this node in hte cluster ascii file and any packages?
