OS--HP UX 11.23 IA--RX6600 with
MC service Guard cluster.
cmgetconf command giving error while excuting from root login.
uaedxbpdctakp01>cmgetconf -c TAKAFLDB TAKAFLDB.conf
cmgetconf: User root from node uaedxbpdctakp01 is not authorized to execute
this command on cluster TAKAFLDB. Consult your cluster
administrator to obtain appropriate privileges through role-based access.
Check syslog file for more information.
Any one can help me solve this problem.

Solution1. /etc/cmcluster/cmclnodelist
hostname/ipaddress root
put an entry for all the hosts on each node.
2.more /etc/inetd.conf |grep auth
auth stream tcp6 wait root /usr/lbin/identd identd
3.chech your /etc/hosts ,and check you can resolv names and ips of the members of the cluster from both nodes

Re: cmgetconf command giving error.
While excuting more /etc/inetd.conf |grep auth; Iam getting below output.
auth stream tcp6 wait bin /usr/lbin/identd identd
you can see that its bin instead of root.
Also in both cluster node pkg1.cntl, pkg1.conf file permission is root:sys' but in other cluster servers it's root:root is it making any diffrence.
