cmgetconf entries in syslog

Looking for reassurance or pointers here please. In the syslog file on members of the cluster, cmgetconf is adding entries several times every second, every minute etc. On the primary node we have:

Mar 11 08:53:03 gcwsdb01 CM-CMD 10703]: /usr/sbin/cmgetconf -p dbinst1
Mar 11 08:53:03 gcwsdb01 CM-CMD[10706]: /usr/sbin/cmgetconf -p nfs_server

dbinst1 is the Oracle instance, and obviously nfs_server is our method of sharing the shared disks.

Should this be occuring so frequently?

Thanks.
