command is respawning too rapidly

we where having are power failure during the night in the morning when we came back we try to restart the server but we get the following massage

INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly.
Will try again in 5 minutes.
Check for possible errors.
id: id:samd "/usr/sam/lbin/ samd # system mgmt daemon"



What do I need to do to have the error message stop.

Looks like you have some network/hostname problems
