I will like to know , major distinguish features between hp-ux 9.0 ,10.20 & 11

Quick clarification.

Within the 11 world there are several major releases with important new features.

11.00, which came out around 1996 or 1997

11.11, which is around two years old

11.22, which is for the Itanium(CISC) processor

The next major release will be the unified OS that runs on PA-RISC and CISC(Itanium).

Unless you are writing a history paper I wouldn't even bother doing research on 9 or 10
