Compiler version problem
I have a problem with different versions of a compiler on a 11.23 Itanium server.
We have: (Bundled) cc: HP aC++/ANSI C B3910B A.05.50 [May 15 2003]
We need: aCC: HP aC++/ANSI C B3910B A.05.57 [June 23 2004]
How can I get the right version?
Thanks,
Addie Wevers.

How can I get the right version?
Option 1: Order Newer Version via HP Partner or Distributor
Option 2 - Try to install the Patches - update to A.05.52?:
PHSS_29655 s700_800 11.23 aC++ Compiler (A.05.52)
Thanks

Re: Compiler version problem
You do NOT want A.05.57, aCC5 is no longer supported. The latest is A.06.14, with A.06.15 coming out shortly.
>TY 007: Option 2 - Try to install the Patches - update to A.05.52?:
You can't patch the bundled C compiler.
>WK: Upgrade the patch will help you upgrade to 5.57
You can't do this unless you have the obsolete A.05.55.
