Configuration report

HI Gurus,
I have a hp server rp 5430 running with hp-ux 11i. For our documentation purpose,i need to take full configuration report of server in HTML format.(including processor, memory, disk, io ,kernel parameters,path and other variables .....)
Can anybody help!!!

Hi,

If you have ignite, you could use print_manifest. Not html, but it is a start.

There's a program/package/script called cfg2html that, I think, would suit your needs. I'm trying to find a URL for you.

I tried cfg2html.This is the same i was searching for.Only problem in this is i have to use this program on my own risk.

We use to run cfg2html here on many production systems without any problems. We run it periodically.

Hi,

There is another tool called "sysinfo". Search the forums for sysinfo. You will see many threads that have sysinfo script as an attachment.

You can run it with -aH option to produce HTML output. It's also another nice tool to have.
