I am running Ignite C.6.8.152 on HPUX 11.23. Question I have is can I configure this version of ignite to use ssh instead of rexec to connect to the client servers. Since at this company rexec is disabled both on the server and the firewall. If I can not use ssh in the version of ignite to connect the clients what version of ignite can I use and how do you setup it up to use ssh?
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

Solution
This may be a starting point for you:
http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-3346/5992-3346.pdf?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
On page 153 it states the following option for ignite
-S Directs ignite to use ssh based protocols instead of remsh based protocols
when communicating with remote systems for initiating recovery sessions
or client reboots.

Hi Juan,
Did you get it working?
Maybe you can post your solution when you close the thread?
Don't assign me any points for this post.
Cheers
