configuring a5506 in a 9000/A500

I'm trying to add a 4-port ethernet card to a 9000/A500 and am experiencing trouble with attaching the proper drivers for the four ports as seen through ioscan. All four addresses are "unknown and unclaimed". I've loaded the A5506A bundle from the 11.00 applications CD using swinstall with no results.

Am I using the proper software bundle or is there additional software needed?

I think this card needs the "btlan" driver - can you check that btlan is in the kernel? If not try adding it via SAM and reboot.

This will give you all info about the specific lan card. U can try installing any updates/patches if needed.
