configuring DNS in DMZ-zone on HP-UX 11i

Hello, I try to configure internet dns server which is located in our local(!) DMZ-zone.
The server has internal ip-address (192.168.x.x)
but internet domain zone hosting by this server is real internet domain zone.
Is it the possible configuration for dns?
I confuse a little what dns server name and ip-address i should put in "db.mydomain.com" file?
As i inderstand all world must see external ip-address of this dns server not local.
But this server has no external internet ip-address.
NAT is on our firewall.
